For this recipe you need 6 oz. of soy flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 6 teaspoons of sugar substitute, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ cup of heavy cream, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 6 eggs and ½ cup of ice water. First, you need to heat your waffle iron. Next, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar substitute and salt. Add cream, eggs, extract and ice water. The batter will be stiff. Add a little more water if necessary until the batter spreads easily. Lastly, place approximately 3 tablespoons of batter in the centre of your waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturers directions until the waffles are crisp and dark golden brown. to make a cinnamon loaf. For this recipe you need ¾ cup of whey
protein (vanilla or unflavoured), 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1 packet
of Splenda Packet, 1 pinch of salt, ¼ cup of heavy whipping cream,
3 large eggs, 2T of water and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Preheat your
oven to 400°F, grease a Pyrex loaf pan and it set aside. Mix all dry
ingredients in a small bowl and mix all liquid ingredients in large bowl.
Add dry ingredients and mix with your hand mixer for one minute. Pour
this mixture into the loaf pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. This bread
